On the edge of the goodbye

Good-by — httpsobviousmag.org

They never talk much, only sit

Old days when they told each other about their lives, their memories, are long gone. Talks about accommodation and food too.

There’s nothing more to talk about;

they sit there and relive, lonely, their loves, their dear ones who also once said goodbye, they smile, or are sad, in silence,

until the bell rings announcing that’s time to go to their rooms.

Then they pronounce one phrase “Good night!”
