Sodium Alendronate is excellent and has no contraindications except for people who can't stay at least 30 minutes sitting or standing.

In my case, it was an unfortunate coincidence that the dentist's patient could have maintained the implant - certainly for other reasons - and the dentist erroneously attributed this to the rejection of the implant.
